These past experiences can manifest in many different ways such as anxiety and feeling detached or irritable. Whether you experienced trauma during childhood, birth, or other events in your life - big or small - I support you on the path of self-discovery and healing.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - EMDR

Using the therapeutic approach, EMDR, we work through previous trauma by helping you and your body to process distressing life events that often keep you lost in past moments, feelings, and emotions - often without consciously realizing how the past impacts the present.

EMDR allows you to see your situation from a different angle, moving from a sense of overwhelm to place of recovery and control.

Not all trauma shows up the same way in your life.

Some trauma might create fear and loss of normal functioning, triggered by being in a similar place to the traumatic event. Others lead to depression and difficulty sleeping.
